Job summary

Manitou Australia, part of the global Manitou Group, seeks a senior Financial Controller to lead the Finance function across its Australian operations. You will partner with senior leaders, oversee day‑to‑day finance activities, and drive governance, performance analysis and strategic insights.

Reporting to the APAC Financial Controller and Managing Director Australia, you will develop the Finance team, manage cross‑site ERP/RPA initiatives, and provide commercial analysis to guide profitable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive senior finance roles with broad finance/operations responsibility.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance function across Sydney and Perth.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, taxation, treasury and insurance.
• Partner with MDs and GMs on strategic and business planning.
