Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking a senior APAC Finance Controller to own financial control, statutory reporting and tax across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, India and China. You will lead the APAC accounting team, liaise with auditors and regulators, and partner with trading desks on budgeting and performance.

You will drive automation and continuous improvement across finance systems, while ensuring compliance with IFRS and local standards across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing statutory reporting and tax across multi-jurisdictional APAC entities.
• Proven track record leading a finance or accounting team in senior roles.
• Experience with external audits and regulators.
• Strong IFRS knowledge across APAC jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own financial control, statutory reporting and tax outcomes across APAC entities.
• Lead and develop the APAC accounting team for effective delivery.
• Oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Act as contact for external auditors, tax advisers and regulators.
• Partner with trading desks on budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain strong financial controls and drive process improvement.
• Lead cross-border finance initiatives and automation efforts.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to align requirements.
