Job summary

Stockland in Australia is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Enterprise FP&A team, partnering with senior leaders from Finance, People & Culture, CIO and other corporate functions to drive performance and improve planning, reporting and performance management.

You will lead the reporting, forecasting and analysis of corporate overheads, deliver actionable insights, and drive automation and continuous improvement to enhance transparency, consistency and efficiency across the

Qualifications

Qualified CA or CPA with experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance.
Experience supporting senior leaders within a large corporate environment.
Strong stakeholder management with credibility to engage and challenge senior leaders.
Experience delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting and driver-based analysis.
Experience with Anaplan or SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders across Finance, People & Culture, CIO and other functions to drive accountability and inform decisions.
Lead reporting, forecasting and analysis of corporate overheads to support performance insights.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate through continuous improvement initiatives.
Support evolution of planning and reporting systems for transparency and efficiency.
