Job summary

NBN Co in Perth is seeking a Senior Field Technician to join our field service team. You will deliver end-to-end service from installation to repair and maintenance across homes and businesses, driving customer satisfaction and connectivity for Australians.

You will operate with autonomy, bringing copper and fibre expertise, ACMA licensing, and a commitment to safety and quality. A driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• ACMA license is required or preferred.
• Cert 3 or Cert 4 in telecommunications.
• Experience with copper and fibre network fault finding and installs.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service from installation to repair and maintenance across homes and businesses.
• Provide timely, high-quality customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team, contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
• Travel to areas of work away from residence as required; operate with autonomy and integrity.

Skills

ACMA license
