Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in Perth Metro South to deliver end-to-end copper and fibre network services to homes and businesses. You will install, repair and maintain the network, providing high-quality customer service and collaborating with a supportive field service team.

You will need an autonomous, motivated approach, strong communication, and the ability to work 7am–7pm with travel as required. ACMA license and telecoms certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Availability to work 7am–7pm and travel to areas away from residence

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the network.
• Install, repair and maintenance of copper and fibre networks.
• Collaborate with field service team to ensure high-quality customer outcomes
