Job summary

Catering Solutions Repairs is seeking a technician to diagnose, repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment across the Guildford NSW area. You will handle combi ovens, dishwashers, deep fryers, and other gas and electrical equipment, with involvement in installations and renovations.

Candidates should have prior experience with kitchen equipment, hold or benefit from an electrical licence, and be able to work independently or with a team. Tools may be required, with specialty tools provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with commercial or domestic kitchen equipment is essential.
• Current electrical licence is an advantage.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, practical and safety-conscious, with a can-do attitude.
• Professional and presentable when attending customer sites.
• Own tools required, speciality tools provided.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including combi ovens, dishwashers, deep fryers, and other gas and electrical equipment.
• Assist with equipment installations and commercial kitchen renovations.
• Report equipment diagnoses and repair requirements to the office.
