Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician to join the Adelaide Metropolitan Service team. You will work on end-to-end field services across installation, restoration and maintenance, delivering high-quality outcomes for homes and businesses.

Based in Adelaide, you will resolve complex faults across HFC, fibre and copper networks, mentor junior technicians, and uphold safety standards while thriving in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• ACMA licence preferred but not required.
• Cert III or Cert IV in Telecommunications preferred.
• Current Driver's Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end field service from installation to repair and maintenance.
• Resolve complex network faults across multiple technologies.
• Mentor and coach field technicians.
• Support uplift of capability and share best practice across the team.
• Maintain safety, quality and performance standards on site.
