Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician to join a field service team based in the Adelaide Metropolitan area. You’ll deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses, from installation to restoration, and act as a trusted expert across HFC, fibre and copper networks.

You will mentor technicians, resolve complex faults, and uphold safety, quality and performance standards while working with a supportive team and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Current ACMA licence preferred but not required.
• Cert III or Cert IV in Telecommunications recommended.
• Experience across HFC, fibre and copper networks is essential.
• Background in installation, assurance, restoration and fault diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain services for homes and businesses.
• Resolve complex network faults and support service restorations across multiple access technologies.
• Mentor and coach field technicians to uplift capability.
• Uphold safety, quality and performance standards on the network.
