Bechtel is seeking an experienced Field Engineer for the Spence CPY project in Chile. You will provide project field engineering specialization, work planning, material management, quantity verification, safety and quality control, and coordination of subcontractors to ensure safe, complete, and compliant field execution.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related field.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specs, and ITPs into construction execution requirements.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality requirements for field construction.
• Proven multidisciplinary coordination and problem-solving with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field engineering specialization for project execution and work packaging.
• Plan, package and coordinate construction drawings, schedules and temporary facilities.
• Manage materials, quantify field purchases and ensure accurate quantity takeoffs.
• Verify quantities in tracking systems and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Uphold zero-accident philosophy and enforce safety controls on-site.
