Job summary

Deployed Global Solutions, LLC (DGS) seeks a Construction Manager to supervise planning, budget, renovation, installation, and construction of a U.S. federal secure site in the Northern Territory of Australia.

The role requires coordinating trades, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve milestones on schedule. Ideal candidates bring experience leading teams on federal projects and a strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and security protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 10+ years leading crews.
10+ years construction/renovation of facilities, incl. gov't projects.
Experience constructing SCIFs or shielded enclosures.

Responsibilities

Lead teams of construction tradesmen and manage activities to complete on time and on budget.
Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to project location.
Directly manage trades employees, contractors and vendors to milestones.
Develop and maintain client relationships on federal projects.
Ensure adherence to security and information exchange processes.
Create construction document packages for bidding and updates with as-built files.
Meet safety, quality and performance goals; supervise QA/QC tasks.
Oversee budgets and adjust schedules and logistics as needed.
Coordinate multiple subcontractors across disciplines and projects.
