Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking experienced Site Managers for defence fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard on multiple secure defence facilities.

The role requires proven site management experience in commercial fit outs, with essential DCAC clearance and ideally NV1/NV2; defence project exposure is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
• WHS awareness and quality control experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations across defence fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project programmes.
• Manage site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee works within live and secure environments.
• Manage site documentation, reporting and inspections.
