Qualifications

• Experience in corporate property services and security operations within government or large organisations.
• Knowledge of PSPF, facility security requirements, and related WHS legislation.
• Vendor management and contract oversight capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate defects resolution and facilities issues via government property providers.
• Assess security arrangements, perform risk assessments and treatments.
• Support property reporting, emissions accounting, and continuity planning.
• Lead post-occupancy review with options to improve workspace.
• Improve visitor management, access controls and incident escalation.
• Develop systems and policies for ongoing facilities, security and business continuity.
• Provide strategic advice on facilities, security and risk to senior management.
