Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join our Property & Asset Management team in Parramatta, NSW. You will lead facilities operations for a key commercial asset, coordinating vendors, budgets, and safety compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in facilities management, strong stakeholder and financial acumen, and the ability to work autonomously on-site with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in facilities management.
• Australian Citizen required as main tenant is government.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities essential.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsabilités

• Engage with stakeholders and attend client meetings regularly.
• Manage vendors and contractors to deliver services on time and within budget.
• Oversee site financial operations, budgets and variance reporting.
• Ensure health and safety compliance per regulations and permit to work.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and 24/7 emergency support as needed.
• Liaise with tenants on lease-related issues and support retention.

This is a key leadership role requiring a strategic, client-focussed professional who can deliver operational excellence while building strong stakeholder relationships.As the off-site key point of contact for facilities and building management, you will be responsible for ensuring the asset operates to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and JLL's commitment to best practice.**An overview of the role:** · Proactively engage with stakeholders and attend monthly/quarterly client meetings· Manage vendors and contractors to deliver services on time and within budget, including KPI monitoring and tender processes· Oversee site financial operations, budgets, and variance reporting· Ensure compliance with health and safety statutory regulations, including JLL Permit to Work programme· Implement industry best practice operations and continuous improvement initiatives· Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance when required· Liaise with tenants on lease-related issues and support tenant retention· Manage risk management programmes, audits, and business continuity plans**Sound like you?
