Job summary

CBRE is seeking a seasoned facilities/EME professional in Sydney to manage planned preventive maintenance, records, and life cycle analysis for M&E at the site. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and minimum 10 years of related industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of financial terms; ability to prepare opex and capex budgets and conduct basic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance of equipment per OEM schedules.
• Maintain records for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Conduct life cycle analysis (LCA) for M&E setup at the site.
• Attend to airconditioning and temperature control issues in office premises.
• Assist with project scheduling and monitor budgets and timelines.
• Recommend safety improvements and ensure compliance with codes and directives.
