Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD on-site team, combining facilities and reception duties for a global investment management client. You will be the on-site contact for facilities issues, manage the reception area, switchboard, visitor flow, mailroom, and meeting room bookings.

You will support health & safety, procurement, vendor management, financial processes, and monthly/annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate reception, facilities, or property management.
• Strong customer service with a client-centric approach.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
• 'Can-do' attitude and adaptability to various tasks.
• Some familiarity with E & M equipment.
