Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced External Security Vetting Senior Analyst to support Australian Government security clearance processes. You will assess complex clearance cases, perform QA across Baseline, NV1, NV2 and PV levels, and provide recommendations.

Applicants should hold NV1 or higher clearance, a Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Vetting), and solid experience in external personnel security vetting within regulated environments. EY offers flexible work and career development.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance is required as a minimum.
• Current Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Vetting).
• Experience in external personnel security vetting, preferably for Australian Government.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Government security clearance processes, policies and PSPF.

Responsibilities

• Process Australian Government security clearances in accordance with PSPF and EY guidelines.
• Conduct assessments across Baseline, NV1, NV2 and Positive Vetting (PV).
• Manage complex vetting cases and sensitive information.
• Conduct security interviews and gather information from subjects and stakeholders.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations on clearance outcomes.
• Apply QA controls to Personal Security Files and vetting documentation.
• Use electronic case management systems to manage workflows and meet service delivery obligations.
