Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced External Security Vetting Senior Analyst to support Positive Vetting security clearance processes for Australian Government clients. The role involves interviewing applicants, evaluating sensitive information, and providing evidence-based recommendations while maintaining discretion and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting Positive Vetting assessments within an Australian Government vetting environment.
• Knowledge of PSPF and government vetting standards.
• Ability to conduct interviews and gather information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assess PV cases in line with PSPF and agency requirements.
• Conduct structured applicant interviews to clarify information and identify risks.
• Analyse employment history, finances, conduct, integrity matters and foreign associations.
• Prepare clear, evidence-based case assessments and recommendations.
• Manage a time-sensitive caseload with quality and consistency.
