• 7-8 years experience in a knowledge function or transition from fee earning/in-house/academic position.
• Experience across corporate law including public and private M&A, capital raisings, the Corporations Act and the ASX listing rules.
• Genuinely interested in corporate law with a commercial mindset and regulatory monitoring experience.
