Job summary

As a technical and client-focused Expertise lawyer, you will support partners and lawyers to achieve exceptional levels of productivity, quality and client satisfaction, with opportunities on cutting-edge matters and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years experience in a knowledge function or transitioning from fee-earning roles.
• Experience across corporate law including public and private M&A, capital raisings, the Corporations Act and ASX listing rules.
• Commercial mindset with ability to monitor regulatory and market updates and coordinate business development initiatives.
• Strong drafting skills and development/maintenance of standard documents and know-how.
• Focus on team orientation with mentoring of junior colleagues and learning platforms for lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Support partners and lawyers to achieve exceptional productivity, high quality work, and client satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating and delivering know-how, templates, and guidance for the team.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and knowledge management across the practice.
