We are seeking a Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate with Public M&A/Capital Markets experience to join our Corporate Transactions team in Sydney. • Proven Equity Capital Markets experience, ideally gained at a leading firm (4 PQE+).
• Excellent technical and drafting skills.

• Commitment to building long-term client relationships.
