Job summary

Ashurst seeks a Senior Associate to join its market leading Corporate Transactions team in Sydney. This role offers a long-term career path, backing development and ambitions within a firm known for its client-focused approach and global platform.

You will bring a minimum of 5 years PQE with proven M&A experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues while building lasting client relationships in a commercial, collaborative environment.
