EnergyAustralia is seeking an experienced Experience Designer to lead the foundations, components and patterns of our design system for the CTX squads. The role is hands-on, co-owns governance, and ensures alignment with front-end engineering to maintain parity between design and code in a React Native environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years designing digital products and experiences end to end.
• Strong craft across interaction and interface design with fluency in Figma.
• Experience designing systems used by multiple squads.
• Practical accessibility capability with WCAG 2.2 AA knowledge.
• Technical fluency to partner with front-end engineering on a coded component library.
• Experience with evaluative research and usability testing.

Aufgaben

• Design foundations and components for the design system.
• Define token taxonomy to enforce brand/themes accessibility system-wide.
• Design system governance and documentation to guide adoption.
• Maintain alignment between designed and coded libraries (React Native).
• Incorporate AI readability and AI agent interactions into the design system.
