Mercer seeks a Senior Executive Reward Consultant to join the Workforce Solutions team in Sydney or Melbourne on a hybrid basis. You will lead advisory projects for boards and remuneration committees, shaping executive pay governance and delivering senior client outcomes.

Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in executive reward and governance.
- Experience advising boards or remuneration committees.
- Consulting experience and client delivery track record.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel; ability to learn new systems.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead consulting projects for clients, including diagnosis frameworks and methodologies.
- Advise boards and remuneration committees on pay and governance structures.
- Contribute to business development and client value initiatives.
- Develop methods and improvements to strengthen intellectual capital.
- Build trusted client relationships and coach colleagues.
