Job summary

Marsh is seeking a senior consultant for its Workforce Solutions team in Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will lead executive reward projects, advise boards, contribute to business development, and shape governance and analytics while expanding client relationships. You will bring advanced Excel skills, consulting experience, and proficiency with VBA, R, Python, Tableau or Power BI to deliver high‑impact

Qualifications

• Experience advising boards or remuneration committees directly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex projects.
• Advanced Excel skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects for clients addressing executive and non-executive reward needs.
• Advise boards and remuneration committees on pay and governance structures.
• Contribute to business development within board and executive remuneration space.
• Develop new methods and analyses to strengthen intellectual capital.
• Build trusted client relationships and attend board meetings as needed.
• Coach teammates and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
• As data and AI handle analytical groundwork, focus on judgment and client relationships
