• Develop and continuously improve remuneration frameworks, salary structures and rewards programs based on market benchmarking.
• Provide strategic and operational advice to executives and People & Culture, collaborating with finance, payroll and HR systems teams.
• Ensure remuneration practices are equitable, market-aligned, financially responsible and compliant with legislation and policy.
