Job summary

UNSW Canberra is seeking a Principal Lead Facilitator to drive executive education strategy and develop distinctive facilitation methodologies. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with the Academic Director and external partners to deliver transformational learning experiences for senior government, industry and community leaders.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in leadership, organisational development, education, psychology, public policy or related discipline.
• Senior executive experience in executive education, organisational capability or leadership development.
• Proven ability to design and implement executive learning methodologies and accreditation models.
• Experience building facilitator capability systems including accreditation and Train-the-Trainer models.
• Demonstrated success in developing innovative executive education methodologies with behavioural science.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive education programs for senior leaders, public sector agencies or international bodies.
• Develop and scale the PPI's distinctive facilitation methodology, quality framework and learning architecture.
• Partner with Academic Director and external partners to shape executive education strategy.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of facilitators and education professionals.
