Qualifications

• Experience facilitating executive pitched training, workshops or leadership development programs for SES or equivalent C-level audiences.
• Demonstrated experience with governance/oversight forums for large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience engaging with executive governance boards for large, complex digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to facilitate training/workshops for a Senior Executive audience to achieve learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate executive training sessions for SES/CEO audiences.
• Support governance forums and decision-making processes on large ICT/digital transformation programs.
• Engage with executive boards to provide advisory input for program delivery.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Co-Facilitator in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Experience facilitating executive pitched training, workshops or leadership development programs for the APS Senior Executive Service (SES) or equivalent C-level audiences.
• Demonstrated experience with being a part of governance, oversight or decision-making forums associated with large-scale digital transformation, ICT or technology-enabled projects or programs.
• Demonstratable experience engaging with or advising executive governance boards for large and complex digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience facilitating training and workshops for a Senior Executive audience to support the delivery and achievement of specific learning outcomes.
