Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years' experience in project planning and scheduling on large-scale engineering, construction, or EPCM projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise and proficiency with MS Office and planning tools.
• Proven ability to develop, maintain and analyse complex integrated project schedules.
• Experience forecasting outcomes and providing schedule performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all phases of project delivery.
• Create detailed workstream and package schedules to support project execution and planning activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams to ensure schedule alignment and accuracy.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress data for alignment with master schedule and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, forecast outcomes, and provide critical path and variance analysis.
• Identify scheduling risks and opportunities and assist with mitigation and recovery planning.
• Prepare planning documentation, schedule reports, and project performance updates for stakeholders.
• Support change management processes and ensure compliance with project controls standards and procedures.
