Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Network Engineer specialized in Exchange Site Transformation to lead enterprise messaging modernization. You will plan, design, implement, and support Exchange infrastructure projects, including data center moves, site consolidations, and cloud migrations.

The role requires deep expertise in Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and mail flow with high availability.

Qualifications

Must Have: Strong experience in Microsoft Exchange Server administration and Exchange Site Transformation.
Must Have: Hands-on with Exchange Server 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365, and hybrid environments.
Must Have: Mailbox migrations, site consolidations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and high-availability configurations.
Must Have: Proficient in mail flow, DNS, AD integration, and DAG-based setups.
Must Have: PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
Nice to Have: Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure services, and hybrid identity.
Nice to Have: Exchange security techs and migration tools.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement, and support Exchange infrastructure transformation projects.
Coordinate data center migrations, site consolidations, upgrades, and cloud migration programs.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and business teams to minimize disruption and ensure availability.
Ensure effective mail flow architecture and messaging security during transformations.
