Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking a JL5 Network Engineer to lead Data Center transformation initiatives in Sydney. You will plan, design, implement and support enterprise network infrastructure as part of modernization and migration projects.

Hands-on Cisco Data Center technologies, routing and switching, security integration and complex troubleshooting are essential. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver network transformation

Qualifications

Data Center Network Transformation & Migration is a core responsibility.
Cisco Nexus (5K/7K/9K) administration required.
Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) experience essential.
Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) proficiency needed.
Switching Technologies (VLAN, STP, VPC, VXLAN) expertise.
LAN/WAN Design & Implementation skills mandatory.
Network Troubleshooting & Incident Management capabilities.
Firewall & Load Balancer Integration experience.
Network Architecture & Documentation discipline.
Stakeholder Management & Project Delivery leadership.

Responsibilities
