Burnett Mary Regional Group For NRM in Bundaberg QLD is seeking a Senior Coordinator – Events and Engagement to lead the coordination of events, workshops, field days, forums and stakeholder activities across our environmental and agricultural programs.

This hands-on role focuses on planning, logistics and delivering professional, well-run events that connect BMRG with landholders, Traditional Owners, industry and communities across the region.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years’ relevant professional experience in event coordination and engagement.
• Experience coordinating events from planning through to delivery.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Experience using Eventbrite, CRM systems and Microsoft 365.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating events, workshops, field days, forums and stakeholder activities, including schedules, venues, logistics, equipment and supporting materials
• Coordinating invitations, stakeholder communications, attendance, evaluation and post-event follow-up
• Providing hands‑on coordination at events to ensure a professional and positive stakeholder experience
• Supporting professional and responsive engagement with landholders, Traditional Owners, government, industry, research partners and community stakeholders
• Maintaining BMRG’s events calendar and identifying relevant external events and opportunities for BMRG participation
• Managing event registrations, EOIs and participant information through Eventbrite, BMRG’s CRM and associated systems, ensuring accurate information flows to relevant project teams
• Working with the Marketing and Events team to promote activities and capture appropriate event content
• Supporting event risk management, safety and compliance requirements
• Improving event systems and processes to strengthen efficiency and stakeholder experience.
