Job summary

Lime Recruitment is assisting a large Queensland Government client in Brisbane to recruit a Senior Systems Administrator (EUC). The role focuses on delivering Tier 3 end-user compute solutions, MOE management, and cross-team collaboration to maintain and patch the EUC MOE environment.

You will configure and deploy software via SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell, automate provisioning, and oversee Microsoft 365 services across Teams, SharePoint, and related workloads while guiding junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on MOE management and application packaging experience.
• Strong experience with Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365, Azure and PowerShell.
• Experience with Teams Voice/Calling and Teams Meeting Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver third-level EUC support and root-cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Package, test, and deploy software using SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Teams Voice/Calling, etc.).
• Manage MDM and MAM across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Evaluate new EUC hardware and policies to improve services.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor junior staff.
