Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an Endpoint Management Specialist in Sydney to manage Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, and Windows 10/11 environments. The role emphasizes PowerShell automation, packaging (MSI/MSIX), and strong networking fundamentals.

You will troubleshoot issues, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to secure, scalable endpoint strategies. The position is on-site in Sydney with a focus on enterprise device management, M365 workloads, and modern management practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, Windows 10/11 and M365.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with application packaging (MSI, MSIX, Intune Win32).
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi networking.
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools and best practices.
• Familiarity with virtual desktop technologies (AVD, Citrix).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
