Job summary

Sky is seeking a skilled IT professional to join its Global Enterprise IT team, delivering Unified Endpoint Management across Windows and mobile devices. You will configure Microsoft Intune policies, support CyberArk Privilege Management, and driveAutomation improvements while balancing operational support with engineering development work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Unified Endpoint Management in a large enterprise.
• Familiarity with Intune, endpoint compliance, device policies or patch management.
• Ability to script or API-integrate for automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UEM services across Windows and mobile devices, configuring Intune policies for security and deployment.
• Support CyberArk Privilege Management policies and Privileged Access Workstations with Intune profiles.
• Own endpoint platform capabilities, ensure security, reliability and documentation.
• Manage incidents, service requests and project tasks with balance between support and dev work.
• Develop PowerShell automation, reporting and API integrations to improve security and efficiency.
• Support vulnerability management, document workflows and participate in on-call rotations.
