Job summary

Morgan Consulting is seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to manage and improve the organisation's endpoint environment across Australia and New Zealand, with BAU support and project work.

You will administer Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, handle Windows 10/11 deployments, imaging, packaging and lifecycle management, and mentor junior engineers. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic delivery in a mature EUC function.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing enterprise endpoint environments.
• Experience with large multi-site deployments and endpoint strategy.
• Strong skills in Windows imaging, packaging and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware lifecycle management and OS upgrades.
• Manage endpoint patching, security compliance and deployment schedules.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver endpoint refresh, migration and rollout projects.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Networking and Security teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.

A well-established enterprise organisation is seeking an experienced Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join its internal technology team supporting a large-scale Microsoft environment across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a mature End User Computing function responsible for thousands of endpoints across corporate offices, distribution centres and store locations.

If you enjoy improving endpoint platforms, automating manual processes and working with modern Microsoft technologies, this role offers plenty of variety and ownership.

About the Role

As a Senior EUC Engineer, you'll play a key role in managing and continuously improving the organisation's endpoint environment while acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.

This role combines BAU operational support with project work and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with Infrastructure, Security and Project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance Microsoft endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Manage Windows 10/11 deployments, imaging, application packaging and endpoint provisioning
• Support hardware lifecycle management, device standards and operating system upgrades
• Manage endpoint patching, security compliance and deployment schedules
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and perform root cause analysis
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency
• Deliver endpoint refresh, migration and rollout projects
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Networking and Security teams on enterprise initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers where required

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working across both operational support and engineering, with genuine hands-on experience managing enterprise endpoint environments.

You'll ideally bring experience with:

• SCCM / MECM
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• PowerShell scripting
• Application packaging
• Device imaging and lifecycle management
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms

Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
