The role involves developing pricing strategies, managing multiple tenders and guiding junior staff through the bid process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, QS or Engineering.
• Proven tender submissions experience across construction sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender submissions across varied sectors.
• Review project docs, specs and construction methodologies.
• Assess procurement models and contract forms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout bidding process.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and ensure estimate accuracy.
• Identify risks and opportunities with commercial judgement.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Mentor junior team members through tendering process
