Job summary
Monadelphous Group is seeking a Senior Estimator to support the compilation of tenders and proposals for our Maintenance and Industrial Services division. The role is Perth-based with mentoring, internal transfers, and a permanent opportunity with yearly salary reviews.
You will provide expert estimating advice, develop execution methodologies, analyze data for tenders, and review submissions for quality, risk, and completeness. A strong on-site construction background is essential.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop construction schedules and tender components.
- Experience with brownfield mining construction projects.
- On-site construction/installation experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert estimating advice for tenders, proposals and EOIs.
- Develop execution methodologies and schedules.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for tenders.
- Review tenders for quality, risk and accuracy; respond to issues quickly.
- Identify ambiguities, risks and key issues in tender documentation.
