Amida Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to join our growing civil and remediation division. You will manage quantity surveying tasks, perform materials take-offs, and develop pricing from preliminary design information for bids and tender presentations.

Great career progression opportunities within a national Tier 2 contractor, with projects spanning civil, infrastructure, defence and water sectors up to $25m+ (potentially larger).

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5–10+ years experience in a similar Estimator/Bid role.
• Experience in Bid Management and preparation of tender documentation.
• Understanding of Risk Management.
• Remediation and/or Defence sector experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
• Construction Safety Induction (white/blue) card; Driver Licence; ability to obtain Police Check.

• Conduct site visits (remote and interstate sites)
• Conduct commercial, risk and profitability reviews
• Provide detailed tender handover documentation
• Create pricing models
