Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking a Senior Estimator for large-scale energy infrastructure tenders across Australia. You will join a high-performing precontracts team, preparing detailed estimates and competitive tender submissions across transmission, substations, BESS, wind and solar projects.

You will develop first-principles pricing models, review drawings and scope documents, and collaborate with engineering, procurement and delivery teams to drive pricing accuracy and bid success.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator.
• Electrical infrastructure, transmission, substations, utilities, power or renewable energy background.
• Experience preparing competitive tender submissions.
• Major renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions
• Develop first-principles estimates and pricing models
• Review drawings, specifications and scope documentation
• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Support bid strategy, risk reviews and commercial submissions
• Work closely with engineering, procurement and delivery teams
• Contribute to pricing accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives
