Adecco Australia Group partners with a well-established commercial contractor in Sydney's Western Suburbs seeking a Senior Estimator to own the tendering process for D&C, fit-out and refurbishment projects valued from $500K to $15M.

You will collaborate with management, clients, consultants and suppliers to develop accurate, competitive tenders from review to handover, while shaping procurement and commercial strategy.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction estimating in Australia.
• Strong experience pricing D&C, commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Experience estimating projects valued between $5M and $15M+.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, procurement and pricing.
• Experience using estimating software such as EstimateOne or CostX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs and tender submissions for D&C, fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Review drawings, specs and documentation to establish scope and pricing.
• Manage the estimating process from tender review to submission.
• Develop scopes of work, trade packages and procurement strategies.
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor quotations and negotiate terms.
• Identify project risks, opportunities and cost exposures.
• Contribute to tender strategy and project budgets.
• Provide clear tender handovers to the delivery team.
