BESIX Watpac in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Estimator / Cost Planner to lead tender estimation and cost planning across Queensland, Northern Territory and New Zealand. This senior role sits within the Qld, NT & NZ team, delivering cost plans for diverse projects across stadiums, venues, industrial facilities and secure infrastructure.

You will organize tender estimates, identify risks in head contracts, review designs for cost implications, monitor project costs and support variations with

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline with highly established experienced in Cost Planning or Estimating.
• Experienced in cost planning and cost management for multi-stage management contracts.
• Clear understanding of industry construction techniques and proficient and proven skills in industry software.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business, working effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage shifting work priorities to deliver results.

Job Description

With a strong pipeline ahead in the region, BESIX Watpac is seeking a Senior Estimator / Cost Planner to join the Qld, NT & NZ team managing estimating and cost planning during tender, design development and project delivery phases.

This role will be responsible for:
