• Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, competitive construction cost estimates end-to-end.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Lead medium-to-high complexity tenders to successful conclusion.
• Drive value-engineering initiatives for better project outcomes.
• Ensure bids are robust, risk-aware, and profitable.

As a Senior Estimator, you will serve as a pivotal technical leader within the estimating department, driving commercial success and championing accuracy across high-value tenders.

• Software: Demonstrated proficiency with Cubit, Cubit Select, and Buildsoft.
