Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator.
• Experience in commercial and retail projects.
• Proficiency with Cubit, Cubit Select and Buildsoft.
• Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, competitive construction cost estimates end-to-end.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Lead medium-to-high complexity tenders to successful conclusion.
• Drive value-engineering initiatives for better project outcomes.
• Ensure bids are robust, risk-aware, and profitable.
