ERM is seeking a senior leader to head our ESG Data Management practice in Australia, focusing on building robust data frameworks, governance, and reporting capabilities for energy transition clients.

The role emphasizes expanding client portfolios, mentoring teams, and delivering complex advisory engagements across Sydney and Melbourne offices, with strong emphasis on strategic client partnerships and execution excellence.

Qualificações

• Education: BS/MS in accounting, finance/commerce, business information systems, engineering, sustainability or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise in ESG data management, greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability reporting, and business process redesign and transformation.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology, data, or transformation programs, including ESG reporting platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence executive-level decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute growth strategy for ERM's ESG Data Management practice.
• Identify market opportunities and develop innovative service offerings.
• Lead large-scale ESG data management engagements from design through implementation.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and grow accounts.
• Mentor teams and contribute to workforce planning and development.
