ERM Environmental Resources Management is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to join our ESG due diligence and EHS compliance practice in Australia.

You will lead technical reports, audit sites as the lead assessor, manage project teams, and build strong client relationships across a portfolio of ESG consulting for M&A and sustainable operations. Travel within Australia and internationally is expected; we offer a collaborative culture and opportunities to lead high‑impact engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in science, engineering or environmental management (or equivalent).
• Proven track record in ESG/Sustainability consulting.
• Strong ESG due diligence and/or EHS compliance experience.
• Exposure to ESG aspects of mergers & acquisitions, asset divestment or transaction advisory is desirable.
• Commercial acumen, business development and project management skills.
• Total commitment to health and safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposals.
