Anthesis Group is seeking a Principal Consultant for the STaR team in Australia. The role leads complex sustainability engagements, with governance, reporting and ESG strategy expertise, based in Melbourne or major Australian city.

You will manage client relationships, drive delivery quality, and contribute to growth of STaR services in the region. The role requires leading projects across mandatory and voluntary reporting, mentoring teams, and providing senior-level technical input while

Formación

• The candidate holds a degree in sustainability, finance, enterprise risk management or governance.
• 6+ years in sustainability advisory, including reporting, governance and risk.
• Experience leading small teams on complex projects and client facing roles.
• Familiarity with global frameworks (GRI, SASB, IFRS ISSB, TCFD, ESRS, etc.).
• Ability to guide clients on ASRS/ISSB in an Australian context.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sustainability consulting engagements with client focus.
• Provide senior technical oversight and quality assurance of deliverables.
• Mentor senior and junior consultants and support career progression.
• Drive business development for mandatory/voluntary reporting and strategy.
