AustralianSuper in Melbourne is seeking an ESG Analytics role to integrate ESG analysis into the private markets stewardship program. You will manage data from infrastructure, property, private equity, and private credit, turning it into actionable insights for stewardship actions.

Reporting to the Director, ESG & Stewardship, you will build scalable data processes, support data vendor implementations, and collaborate with Technology and Investments to align with policy standards.

Competenze

• 4+ years in responsible investment, ESG/sustainability research or data analytics.
• Experience with ESG data collection, consolidation and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting standards and frameworks (TCFD, ISSB, GHG Protocol, etc.).

Mansioni

• Collect ESG data from private markets portfolio companies and fund managers.
• Consolidate, verify and prepare data for ESG regulatory reporting.
• Develop scalable data control processes and dashboards to monitor ESG performance.
• Identify data gaps and suggest improvements in collection and management.
• Collaborate with Technology and Investments to align with policies and platforms.
• Support due diligence and asset ownership activities as needed.
