Job summary

Rest is Australia’s leading superannuation provider focused on long-term outcomes for its 2+ million members. The Analyst, Responsible Investment, will help integrate ESG considerations into investment decisions and support RI outcomes across the portfolio.

The role sits in a high-performing RI team, working at the intersection of sustainability and financial materiality to support private markets and overall fund stewardship.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated work experience in sustainability or responsible investment.
• Familiar with ESG metrics and reporting frameworks (PRI, ISSB, PCAF).
• Strong quantitative skills with ESG datasets.

Responsibilities

• Assist ESG data analysis, due diligence, and monitoring across investment strategies.
• Support development of RI tools, frameworks, and processes for portfolio monitoring.
• Help track ESG/climate data, trends, metrics and targets, incl. Sustainable Growth criteria.
• Assist with updating strategies, policies, and risk standards; draft sections for reports.
