Job summary

G'day Group in Adelaide is seeking a Senior ESG Analyst to lead technical ESG work, climate reporting and sustainability performance across the organisation. You will partner with senior stakeholders to set ESG priorities, governance and reporting frameworks, while guiding data collection, analysis and assurance processes.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external ESG specialists to address evolving regulations, drive continuous improvement and support decarbonisation investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field with 3+ years' experience in ESG or sustainability.
• Strong knowledge of ISSB, AASB S2, GRI and TCFD, and Australian reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in ESG reporting, GHG inventories and assurance processes.
• Excellent analytical, modelling and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Net Zero strategy and decarbonisation roadmap and report progress.
• Prepare ESG and climate reporting for the Board and external stakeholders.
• Manage collection and validation of ESG data and emissions data.
• Conduct climate and sustainability analysis and scenario modelling.
• Act as an ESG SME and engage external specialists as needed.
