Fraser Coast Regional Council seeks an Executive Manager to drive enterprise transformation and major ERP programs in Hervey Bay. You will build and lead a new team, delivering service redesign and lasting organisational improvement across the council.

The role reports to the Director Organisational Services and Transformation and focuses on governance, performance reporting and continuous improvement while guiding change across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering multimillion-dollar ERP programs.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma expertise and commercial judgement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across government or complex private sectors.
